With a career rooted in policing as a Senior Detective in WA, Rhys transitioned to executive management before founding Synergy to fill a critical gap—offering one-on-one, hands-on support for farmers. His experience in leadership, risk management, and operational efficiency helps farmers create safe, compliant, and high-performing teams.
