During the time we have been working with Synergy we have found Rhys incredibly supportive of our needs. He is patient, flexible and extremely knowledgeable in the area of systems and workplace management. My husband in particular has found Rhys a great sounding board for different topics such as hiring new staff and working through the systems we have written so far. Esther was also extremely patient and flexible during her farm visit and worked around Phill to take videos and photos of what was suitable at the time. She held space for me to and could give me an outsiders point of view in regards to the way I was viewing my role and the knowledge I had learnt over the years. Esther could see I was doing what I needed to be doing and just needed to polish things up when I couldn't. We really look forward to working with the Synergy team to complete the systems we need to write to have our farm humming without us!
